Objective

A) For conservation of environment and biodiversity, to promote and conduct quality research to assist the conservation of endangered natural species in Northeast.

B) To create awareness among the fringe villagers of protected areas regarding conservation of nature and environment for restoration of ecological balance.

C) To upgrade the socio-economic development among the villagers through alternative livelihood.

D) To promote community development by social welfare activities viz. health care, education, communication, agriculture, and any other human need program.

E) To develop eco-tourism and community-based tourism in the National Park and Wildlife Sanctuary for sustainable development.

F) To preserve and revive the traditional cultural heritage, handloom, and handicraft of tribal and indigenous people.

G) To act as a catalyst between the forest department, other departments, and villagers for protection of wildlife and environment.

H) To develop network and co-operation among NGOs in conservation of wildlife and social welfare within the Northeast region, nationally, and internationally.
